Good Replacement Clutch Manufacturer?

Hey everyone. I’m getting ready to replace the clutch on my ‘84 F250 4x4 with the original 4 speed T19. I just thought I’d ask here if anyone has a recommendation for the best manufacturer for clutches on these trucks and if I should go with an 11 inch or a heavy duty 12 inch. Also if you have any tips or things I should look out for when changing it out I’d appreciate it!

LUK makes a good clutch

I am putting a luk 12 in into my 6.9 with the t19.

I took an 11 in out and the last owner had just absolutely destroyed it.

Went with Luk as well for my built 7.3 IDI-T and ZF-5.
