Gear Oil

In a couple of weeks I am having my gears done. After the initial draining and cleaning of the diffs (after the first few hundred to thousand miles), what is the best gear oil to run? In your opinions. I have always run Mobil 1 75W-90, however, I didn't know if I may want to go with something alittle more heavy duty? I do not really tow that much weight (on occasion)... Only about 4500-8000 lbs. Otherwise, the vehicle is a daily driver, and I just want optimal performance. Thanks.

I perfer synthic fluids - it's really your choice on flavor/brand. me I use amsoil. I have tested their other fluids and they do great so I figured that the gear lube would be of the same quality.
