No ejection. Trying to type with screwed up hands and thinking with an unclear mind. I was in the truck the whole time.
It's one thing to know your gonna be hit but I wasn't expecting anything, I slowed down to make my turn into the driveway and all of a sudden boom and me and the truck were flying.

Thanks for the comps, I was told not to sign anything yet and get an attorney. I want to make sure everything is completely fine with me first.

they will settle the property first. that's perfectly normal. physical in kali has up to two years of convalescence before you have to sue. keep track of everything. do not think atty until you know for sure the party who hit you has basic insurance or you will be stuck for more out of pocket. pm or call me anytime if you have any questions. you've seen my shop. the only way I have an advantage over the big guys and keeping my shop filled with work is by assisting people understand what they are going through.
