How often are you needing to change the fuel filter on your truck when running WMO mix?
I pre filter my oil down to 150 microns then heat it to about 220 degrees for about 10 hours let it cool down to around 170 degrees then spin it in a 120 GPH centrifuge for about 4 hours then mix in kerosene. The mix is 40 gallons of oil and 10 gallons of kerosene.
My first fuel filter lasted around 2000 miles then the fuel filter light came on but that was an old filter that need to be changed, The second filter clogged up on a bad batch of fuel. After I had the bad batch of fuel I cleaned the centrifuge after every batch made. The truck has been running very well on the WMO mix but over the last 3 weeks it has been starting harder than usual and today pulling our boat home from the lake the fuel filter light came on again. I maybe have around 5000 miles on this filter.
Am I not cleaning it enough?
