But I'm going to see about picking up a check valve tomorrow morning. At least that would determine if the problem is the pump. All the return lines in the engine bay are clear and air leaks are very easy to spot, even the smallest ones. The filter inlet and IP feed are black, so those are the only two that I can't immediately determine an issue. They're brand new and fit nice and snug on the barbs, and are clamped right, as to not distort. Neither end of either hose shows any sign of fuel leaking, and when I had the massive purge of air into the return lines from the filter head, I didn't hear any leaking coming from those hoses.

Use a cat filter/pump, get rid of that giant filter and all olives up front and filter down to 5 micron. 40gph, 1/2" x 20sae connections not 1/8".
