so im taking it this one didn't work for your 9th gen/obs truck is this correct?
This pedal from the Bricknose F-Superduty IS NOT CORRECT for the hydroboost install in an OBS truck. You will need to get the pedal assembly from an OBS F-Superduty for your OBS truck. Of course, you could just "move" the booster rod pin "up" (or toward the the bracket pivot) 3/4" and then it should line up with your hydrobooster rod properly. As I understand it, the hydrobooster rod needs to enter the booster as straight and horizontal to the booster bore as possible, and the brake pedal pin location 2-3/4" below the bracket pivot makes this possible.
I bought this Bricknose F-Superduty brake pedal assembly "thinking" all the F-Superduty trucks were the same since they all have hydroboost. "Tis not true! You will note the location of the booster rod pin is 3-1/2" below the bracket pivot - which is the same place our OBS vacuum booster pin is located. The hydrobooster was already gone when I pulled this pedal assembly from the bricknose F-Superduty, so I could not look at it and get measurements from the mounting studs to the booster rod. If soemone out there can actually make use of this bricknose pedal assembly, I would be willing to sell it to them for the cost of packing and shipping just to get it out of my shop. Shipping will still be around 20 bucks though.
Good luck with your search. By the way, to further confuse the issue, I found that the personnel at the "yards" I called or stopped at (don't have Pick-n-pulls anywhere near me) get confused real quick when you ask if they have any F-Superdutys in the yard. Of course, they are thinking 1999 up Superdutys. You may have to explain exactly the "F-Superduty" is and the years it was made. Todd
