Another in the list of problems with the Black Beater...

The front wheels are leaning in bad at the top...

I understand this is a common problem... So where do I start to fix this... And how hard of a fix is it?

I would check the ball joint for play first. That is usually the culprit. Could also be pivot bushings.

Jack up each wheel and check the ball joints. It has and upper and a lower.
If these check out OK, you probably have spring sag. You could jack up the frame and let the wheels droop to see how much they have settled.

I just did mine. Being a northern truck, everything is rusty. The only special tool that you need is a ball joint tool that you can get from Auto-Zone for $100 deposit. When you take it back, they give you your $100 back.
If you can get a Haynes manual, it lays it out pretty well.

check your balljoints and your hub bearings. If that is all good my next guess would be axle pivot bushings. Good luck
