Found Banks Turbo in Wrecking Yard

Today while "shopping in a Pic A Parts wrecking yard in Ontairo Ca I found a complete untouched non wastegated Banks turbo on an 86 single cab F250. About all that taken so far is some dash parts but the turbo is still untouched. I'm not interested in getting this so if anyone is good luck and happy hunting. I did not look under the truck to see what if any aux trans may or may not have been connected to the C6....

Score! Finds like this are why I try to stay out of those yards unless I need a specific part. I tend to buy now and find-a-use later. You can score some really great deals out there though, it's like winning the boneyard lottery.

How true that statement is. I have a complete spare Banks wastegated turbo and I really can't see pulling this non gated turbo as a spare. As much as I hate to say it.. There is a limit to how many spares a person can have... I don't want to tun into a hoarder although some here have accused me of that affliction already...
