Ford to 12V conversion

Can anyone tell me of a company that makes an adaptor for a Cummins to a Ford E4oD other than Fordcummins.com? Is it possible to make my torque converter work with the Dodge flexplate or am I gonna have to spend the 1200 for a custom one?
I can handle making the motor mounts, and all the brackets. Is there anything else that I'm gonna run into that I'm not thinking of?

There are some diesel shops down around Columbus Indiana that offer swaps, might try checking some yellow pages and contact some. I seen at a dyno day a few years ago in Indy a truck they did for a kid and I know from talking with him that he had it done at a local shop.

Thanks guys, I'm not really looking to have a shop do a conversion for me when I'm able to do it myself. I'm just looking at options right now, truck is paid for and I have a lot of money in the trans and other things so I dont wana start over. Its not that I dont like the dodge trucks, I need a crew cab. And I like to be different.
