Has the engine been replaced? If I remember right, 93 is supposed to have the serpentine belt setup.

Correct

The V-Belt to Serpentine happened in “early” 92… like April or May. We had a 92 with a serpentine belt, so this being a 93, it should be a serpentine. Unless, in the past someone had issues with the Serpentine belt and switched it to V-Belts. Personal opinion, on an IDI, I would rather have V-Belts. Don’t get me wrong, I like the serpentine belt, bunt no on the IDI, this is one thing Ford should have left alone and waited til the PSD to make the switch.
