The way I see it is that the turbos should not drown out the radio, but add to it. Lose of hearing just mean things need to loader. Yea I see the listing for it but there is not stock of it.
:rotflmao
That's part of the joke, it's always out of stock.

Stock on the mitsubishi alternator is non existent localy, so dug round to find a substitute. Best could find was a 180 amp 6g off a 6.0 e-series, just hope its enough for dual SHO fans and power eating amps. This van should had got a 200 amp 6g but what stores sells is a skimp on 20 amps. Trucks with the 6.4 got a 200 amp denso but is pcm controled, so is not a option.

I have fallen back down a rabitt hole that I fenced off many years ago, getting them amps have knocked it down. So need to put together enough of a system to pacify me, other wise I cant devote enough thought for anything else. The coaxial speakers I have in the f100 can easly be silenced by the 390, yes do need to add the 6x9 but dont sound the best. The f100 will be what can be cobbled together and have no reason to peruse anything nice with it. The f250 is another story and would like a decent system in that soothing to listen to. Issue is that a lot of the speakers out now and when I last made a system hum to bass instead of kick to bass. I am not with the in crowd that listens to rap and pop, so those speakers drive me up a wall since they fail to reproduce the music I listen to. A example with failer is like with a randall, marshall, mesa cabinet or fast durming that should have reprodution in kick bass. In turn have spent many hours listening to videos of speakers play trying to find what will give the desired sound and found what will.

To get said sound with what I found will be setting up a 3-way or 4-way system, to have that work would need a dsp or active head unit. Cost effective route was getting a old alpine that is 3-way active with broken cd player and a cd changer did not cost much, so thats what I got since at cost of the cheapest dsp.

These are the speaker I found that fit a budget and give part the sound Im after, hope the hifonics will fill in below these but suspect they fail. These 6.5's will play good from 300hz to 10khz, so tweeter is not really needed but got some anyways. These tweeters dont seem to put a lot of sharp sound and having them play that high up will minimize chance. So making things complicated, will be putting the tweeters in the oem door loaction and a box needs hung on the door for the 6.5's.

I also found a cheap small amp to run the tweeters and this is going behind the glove box, yea this rabit hole has gotten deep.

This is where the other amps are going for now and started making the center console to partially hide them.

It took some time scribbling on a board to plot how Im making the boxes.

After some time with rudimentary tool, I have what could be called boxes. There not perfect and glue will fix the imperfections. These are going on the bottom of door in place of the stash pocket.
