where are the bolts to adjust fender alignment? I know about the ones on the core support and up top by the door but are there any other bolts? I loosened all of them that I saw and the fender wouldnt move. I know dumb question but im really sorry I looked all over and probably missed the obvious.

1986 shop manual lists these, your may be different:
screws attaching front of the fender to the radiator support at the upper and lower locations
one screw attaching lower rear end of fender to the lower corner of the cab
one screw from inside the cab attaching the lower end of the fender to the cowl
screws attaching top edge of the fender at the rear to the cowl extension
screws around the wheel openings that attach the fender apron
bolts along the top of the apron that attach the fender to the apron

Sounds like the locations are covered. One at the bottom of fender by door. One inside the door jamb. May only be able to be loosened from the fender well. And the two up by the hood hinge.

I do know even when you have it all loose they can still be tough to move. My truck never had the jamb bolts installed when I pulled it apart.
