F350 oil leak and cranking

I have 02 F350... I have oil leak down back of motor, also small puddle on top under fuel bowl... Any common issues???? ICP sipping oil so I guess it's bad... The wire in ICP plug that should have 4.9 volts is dead... Ideas? And last it just started cranking longer before starting... Any ideas on any of it would be great... Thanks

Could very well be the fuel bowl drain valve o'rings leaking. There 1/2" OD X 1/4" ID. Get Viton if possible. New valve is $57 dealer. Ace hardware o'rings .25 ea. takes 2.
