its a runner!
I still need to do a valve adjustment, I only gave it a 1/2 a turn preloaded, but I wanted to run the engine, get it warm and then do a final adjustment.
still need to time it.
replaced heater core.
couldn't figure out why it was cranking so slow at first.
forgot to tighten a batt neg. :D
but she roared to life!
don't sound too bad other than the valves clattering.
ill get a video of it when I have it dialed.

still water, no coolant yet.

COLD START #1...FAIL!
no power to the IP.

waiting for daylight to check fuses.

turns out that the lifter clatter was either a lifter not pumped up due to it sitting in storage, or a injector with some air in it...
im leaning twards the first.
put a new 30A fuse in my "coil" slot, and bam. RATTLE RATTLE RATTLE!
