I have been in the process of putting a 7.3 out of an ambulance in a 1992 f250 that i have had for a while. The problem is i didnt take the engine out and do not have the old one to look at. So my question is when i change out the engine mounts do i need the entire bracket that bolts directly to the block, or can i just change out the actual motor mount. thanks ahead of time

Your going to need both frame bracket and the block bracket plus the idi motor mount. You wont need the frame bracket if the truck your installing the motor in had an idi in it. These motors do have a left and right motor mount and they have an up and down direction. Some even have marks telling you which way they install too...
