Haven't had any issues since I put a kill switch on the wires that got to the fuse block. The draw might have wobbled .01amp when I was testing
Sounds like you are on it! And pulling/reinserting the fuses one by one hasn't isolated it?

I was curious about wobble as that is indicative of a bad switch hard contact or failing connection. Something like a headlamp switch contact that's all carboned up with arc residue,

My guess it's some switch that isn't opening the circuit completely and the load is dissipating the energy.

Power Windows, power just-about-anything is notorious for this kind of stuff when the limit switch that is supposed shut the actuator off at end of travel doesn't work right and fails to disconnect.
