EGT Gauge?

I've been keeping my eyes open for an EGT gauge lately with no luck. I've only been looking around the local parts stores, but I haven't had any luck. Can any one point me towards a good place to buy the gauge and sensor and what ever I would need to install all of it?

What temperature rang should I be looking at? If I buy a kit, does that include the thermocouple, or will I need to buy that separately?

I ordered mine out of the autometer catalogue at auto zone most tend to like the 0-1600 degree ones mine came with the thermocouple

You definately want to read the description first before ordering. I have bought two that came with the probe and one that did not. I was P.O'd when the one didn't have one because after buying the lead wire and probe it was more than the other two.

I believe Summit has the autometer kit, including k-thermocouple and all of the wiring for 139.99. I didn't check it, but that's where it was when I was shopping a couple of months ago. Autometer and Isspro are the most used I believe. read the fine print and it wll tell you if everything is including.
