That looks like a nice meter but without the luminosity probe its useless. Snapon does not sell them any longer... The seller says they do but they don't... Sellers will tell you anything to make a sale. I have three kent moore lumi probes. They will cost you $375.00 each from Kent Moore. I have been selling them to members here for $125.00 each. This meter you are looking at willnever time by the pulse method.

Ok so if one gets it for super cheap....keeps an eye open maybe a lumi probe may come along...otherwise it's shop wall art

if you just need a probe i would sell it for the price to get me a 1/4 line clamp. that would be $68, just to feed my addiction. unless you have a clamp somehow, then i would trade for the probe.
