Take pictures first if you’re worried about reassembly. Remove the shift lever from the 94 that’s not in the truck first. You’ll be familiar with what your looking for under the truck in the 91. It really is as simple as it looks. If you opt to change transmissions instead you have to deal with unbolting converter from flex plate and insuring convertor is fully seated in front pump, much more challenging than changing shift lever. Take a deep breath and do it.

I have to agree with this. Plus if you completely screw up, you still have the other transmission. That said, you shouldn't screw this up. It's probably no harder than changing out an IP.
