Hey all,

BD Diesel had their semi-anual dyno days here in BC, and I took the oportunity to run the old girl on the dyno to get some before mod #s

It ran 136 HP....

Will be cool to see the after #s...

Cheers

It's not about fast. It's being consistent.
Have fun at "Stave"
We may get rained out anyways. -cuss

That looks like in the range foir what a healthy motor would do in stock trim. I assume you lose approx. 30% from the flywheel which is rated at 175HP so looks like you are getting all the ponies you paid for. I;d expect with a turbo and light mods, you'd see 150-160 BHP and maybe 200 if you really wanted to spend some money and be on the ragged edge of what makes sense. How much did you have to pay for the dyno run?

And they fed us. Burgers and dogs. ;Sweet
BD hosts two events a year, and accepts
donations. All the money raised is matched by
BD and donated to the local B.C. Children's Hospital. :hail

find the "socal powerstroke club" in google or whatever and you might have to make a trip into kali for the weekend. They do have roller days but they aren't free though. Just pay your entrance fee and keep a low profile and whatever you do, don't let the numbers those darkside rigs put out ****** you.:rotflmao:rotflmao:rotflmao

You should be able to find a dyno
event somewhere near you.
Unless you live out in the middle of
absolutely nowhere. Just you and sand. :dunno
It most likely won't be free. BD is the only one
I've heard that's free. We're a little spoiled up here.
