There is NO DIFFERENCE in a 87-97 dually bed NONE.

NOW, you can NOT put Factory dually fenders on a REGULAR SINGLE WHEEL BED. The dually bed side is made completely different to accept the Factory dually fenders.

the difference is in the fender trim, wouldnt show on a dually as they are cut out anyway.

Yeah, I understand that a dually bed is different than a single wheel type. just wanted to make sure I had more options than 1987 - 1991 dually bed.

why would i want to put a hacked set of fenders on a SRW bed for a factory duallie?sorry but i dont work like that.

If you cant find a dually bed, that is another option. Not really hacked. Still a fiberglass fender that bolts on. Not like you are using resin to "glue" it on. After all that is how the SD dually fenders bolt on

its hacked.it aint factory and they look like ****.ive seen plenty of them.dont look anything like a factory dually fender and they dont stick out as far as the factory fenders do either.mines a true factory duallie and that what i want for a bed.i can fix mine but dont feel like it if i can get a good bed for the right price.

I believe I remember the old Chevy beds were just cut out. like 1975 truck I had long ago.

Exaclty. Mine was just cut out to with a different inner finder that bolted on. Chevy makes stuff simple. Leave it to ford to make ti harder than it has to be. cookoo

I would like to see a picture of the bed for a duallt with the fender removed. I am curious now.

i think your best bet is to take your truck to a ford dealer and have them fix it for you. have them replace the bed sides and paint it correctly, that way your truck isnt hacked up. any other way and it will be hacked up. non factory repair places use non factory sheet metal, non factory body filler, non factory paint, and non factory techs.

i just finished repairing a 92 f350 for a customer that had an aftermarket dually package on it and noone could tell it wasnt factory. the owner told me it was factory that way til i showed him the sticker on the drs door jamb. it was a 4-door 4x4 dually.
