dome light and door ajar light

my door open light doesnt always turn off, and it just stays on even when i open and close the doors, it will stay on, but not always, any one els have this problem?

yeah i just had the same problem on my '99. go ahead and douse all the door latches with WD40 and then open and close the doors a few times. fixed mine right up. the light switch is in the latch.

Not on the 92-96s. The door switch is down on the door jam on the lower right. Few bucks at ford and common failure.

i had the same problem, i doused it with wd-40 then hit it with silicone lubricant, works like a charm
