I say we collectively buy it foe Mel.. Then if he can't or doesnot need it were are only out a few bucks each. No teling what if any work or calibration needs to be done on it or what reall shape its in. I'm in for a twenty spot.. Thats 10% of the price now.. Any others want a piece of this. I don't know who needs to bid on it either..

3 Phase is not a problem! You just buy a converter and use it on normal 220V.
