My 05 LWB Regular Cab 4X4 Dually 6spd was $30,000 with factory bed. Its loaded with everything but leather. Power pedals, seats, light group, all the options except Laramie and Automatic.

Check out carsdirect.com and build the exact truck you want. It will give you the invoice price, once you get the invoice price, subtract 3% from that and subract any rebates and that should be about the price you could buy the truck from a high volume dealer for. Scotty

I"m also considering another Goat. ANyone know of any typical problem areas with them. The truck I"m looking at is '05 QC SWB ST package 4x4 Cummins auto trannie 21k miles. Basically a work truck like I want. What are ya'll seeing as far as fuel mileage? Are there any common issues (my last goat was a '00 24v with the E block and the known lift pump issue.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm getting about 16-17 mpg on both my 3rd gens, the SO and the 600. (4x4 autos). Biggest problem seems to be injectors on the 600/610. I think I might even have a bad one... the 600 smokes pretty bad on startup when its cool/cold out.

Had the TSB done and it still does it.. runs real rough for a minute, then its fine. No problems with combined mileage about 55k.
