That truck unlike others can pull off that tall skinny tire look its **** lol. Really though back long ago most stuff was 2wd an with tires like that you just cut threw everything like hot knife in butter way cool.
those are 7.50x16lt bias plys. not too bad when it's warm outside, but they take forever to "round out" when it starts cooling off.
never had any issues getting anywhere with the old truck, and if i do, i just use 4wd.
hopefully i'll end up with a 7.3 in there....one of the days

Both still carrying their original '60s Cali plates, FYI. Black and yellow went to blue & yellow about 1970.
I think my Dad wanted a Travelall way back then. But he found that our '56 Chevy station wagon pulled a small trailer just fine, even with the small block it had.
