Charge voltage erratic, winking lights

Hi guys,

I have an electrical issue since putting my front clip back together. My voltage reading at the battery is bouncing between 14.0 and 15.3. At idle, it is slower than it is when cruising. My entire electrical system is winking. I am thinking it is a bad ground, but I wanted to get your expert inputs. So, what do you think?

I found the problem, a bad voltage regulator. I had checked all grounds and adjusted the alternator belt. New voltage regulator did the trick.

I installed the LMC heavy duty headlight harness afterwards. What a difference that made! I definitely recommend this upgrade.
