I am considering doing this conversion to my 87' E350 6.9 4x2. Almost certainly doing and you posts on your progression have been very helpful. If there is any way you can get those pictures up or message me a link it would be greatly appreciated.

I'll see if I can get some help with pictures as I understand some changes were made on the site recently that might affect the process of posting pics. I should update this anyway right now about an issue I'm having. The fingers on the pressure plate sold to me had to small of a center dia at their tips and the first time I fired it up the fingers on the pressure plate dug into the snout that the throwout bearing goes on. That did about $700 dollars damage in a matter of minutes to my ZF. I had to pull it all back out and now the trans is repaired and sitting on the floor of my garage but the clutch place is still having issues getting me a workable clutch system. I will update all the info again once I get the correct clutch in hand which will hopefully be this week
