I've been working on putting together a parts list for my trans swap. Putting a zf5 s5-42 from a 94 7.3 into my 87 6.9 which currently has a C6. Just want to double check some of the parts before I get everything ordered.

Clutch kit - Luk 07-225 $382 from Summit Racing

General consensus seems to be that I should replace the throwout bearing and pilot bearing with timken parts.

Throwout bearing - Timken 614062 $51 from Amazon
Pilot bearing - Timken FC65662 $12 from Rockauto

I have a manual 1990 F250 parts truck, only useable parts for the swap are the pedals and the floor pan.

Master cylinder is different on an 87 than 88-91 from what I'm seeing. Assuming I should get a master cylinder that matches up with the pedal assembly from the 1990 parts truck. The clutch line would be for the same years then?
I'm still not sure what slave to get. If it should match up with the year of my engine then it should be what I have listed below, if not, then what do I need?

Master cylinder - (88-91) Luk lmc170 - $40 from Summit Racing
Slave cylinder - (83-87) Luk lsc158 - $39 from Advance
Clutch fork - (87-97) part #31329 - $35 from Bronco graveyard
Clutch line (89-91) - part #31349B - $41 from Bronco graveyard

Rear Main seal - Fel-pro BS40011 - not positive if this is the correct part

If those are the right part numbers, are the Luk master and slave cylinders worth getting? Or should I get a different brand for those parts?

I can say that you have the right part number for the rear main seal. The rest of your parts list looks to be correct. I have no experience with the Luk master and slave cylinders.

Thanks. Have you used a different slave or master?
