Some people spend hundreds at car washes each year, well i've found a solution to that....RIVERS!! just go splash around and the cleaning is done! even gets the hard to reach places!

That creek doesn't even look deep enough to support much more than a few crayfish or water beatles. I'm guessing its just a run off stream that flows mainly when it rains a bit heavier than usual.

Glad you guys find it amusing, the people on the international forums are acting like hippes about it! Haha its a shallow creek, the deepest spots are like 36 inches deep. I doubt anything lives in there.

That's what I was thinking. Looks like a lot of fun! I showed the video to my wife and asked her if she'd like to do that and she gave me two thumbs up Now I just have to get another IDI: one with 4 X 4

In australia its par for the course to be crossing creeks just to get to normal camp grounds. They will actually go through the trouble of pouring a cement crossing that water normally flows over instead of building a bridge. No one pannics about squishing fish there either and aussies are not easy going when it comes to the enviromnent. we were the only ones to go through with a 4 door sedan instead of the nissan patrols or land cruisers that rule down there.

Life is too short to be pushed around by tree hugging hippies. Enjoy the great out doors before they make that illegal too, its only a matter of time.

We've got those things all over the place around here, they call them low water bridges. Depending on how steep the creek is and how fast the current is running, you are usually good to about halfway up the doors before you get into getting washed away territory. A lot of folks drown every year crossing when they are running too fast. I used to have to cross one regularly getting to a friends house. Around here they would laugh you away if you started worrying about the fish.

Tried that once in a frog pond thing.... Battery tie downs are a good thing I learned, as EFI 5.0's don't run well when you lose main ground off the battery....
One of the worst days of my life, getting that truck out.

AMEN BROTHER!!!!! man that would be awesome to have those bridges to cross. on the binderplanet forum i go on they're all bent outta shape asking me to take the videos down..... i wasn't hurting anything, nor was i littering or pouring gallons of oil into the water. they're developing half the area into industrial parks....how good will they be on that creek?!!!!

speaking of hippies, what do they do after a mud bog when a truck looses a radiator or oil pan? do they filter out the water, treat the soil then burn the soil and water while processing it into rainbows and tulips?
