I cut my axle out of the donor today. 
It was less than free. I actually made money on the truck plus got the Dana 60.
It has a 3.55 ratio which does not match my 4.10 rear. I did not grab the 3.55 rear out of the donor truck because I really prefer the 4.10, plus the 10.5 in the rear of the black truck has a good working locker in it. So I am thinking: Detroit TrueTrack in this Dana 60 front along with some 4.10 gears.
And by the way.....WHOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
