I know the 6.9 head bolts can be reused (I did), but I dont know if the 7.3's are intended to be reused. I can say that I probably take my chances 
When taking the heads off, try to reverse the torque sequence. Some say on a cold motor this doesn't matter but I think its a good rule of thumb to follow.
