Axle tag ID

Well, I already know that the door sticker ID for the axle is wrong, it calls for a 10.25 sterling 4.10 open diff, but I have a worn out posi,
So can anyone decipher this tag code that is on the pumpkin cover:
V169D
L10 10 2 2A09

L10 + 4.10, (the 4 was covered by the bolt) L= tracloc; 10 2 = 10.25 sterling the 5 is there somewhere. If an axle code starts with a letter, it means locked diff. If it ends in 2, the front is tracloc also. This is from all I have seen and read....

Everything's starting to make sense now
I popped the cover and found a diff with clutches in there.
