Missing the magnetic probe for RPM as well, so even with a ferret or the like for pulse generation, you won't know RPM's...so for $299+ you are getting a paperweight!

Ahh...but if it's working, and you say had the same meter with probes and dropped yer meter and broke it...then this could be useful to you then...

To us as it sits....POS nocandometer!

Yes, but the problem is the price...I can get a ferret and a VERY nice digital advance timing light for that money, that are new, guaranteed to be in working order, etc. This thing could be totally ***** internally and there aren't enough parts included to make it even close to a good deal. If I had a dropped meter like that, before I bought this, I'd use the one I already have as a paper weight! lol
