I found a pin sized hole in the bottom of my rear fuel tank. Could that cause air to get into my fuel system? Thanks

Only if it drained the tank and when you selected it you were drawing air and not fuel. I would check the caps and return line on the injectors and the filter head/water seperator (early style is known for causing problems).

Well I got the truck about a month ago, I have not used the rear tank at all and the gauge says empty. I have always used the front tank. The injectors and return lines are not leaking. The fuel filter was just replaced and nothing seems to be visibly leaking. Thanks
