i didn't want to give up bed space. Did any way with the super deep bed box I have. Still have lots of parts to hang, just been slammed at work, dont even want to do the simplest tasks on it when I get home. Run straight for the booze cupboard then the shower before crashing.

Didn't work.
Was just thinking about jump posts today actually.

Wish I had that much time and energy..

It'll be a cool project, I like it. Every time I see a centurion pop up around here I'm wishing I had the money.

A down side to group 31's. Rusting battery trays don't appreciate the extra weight. I saw it swapping my ghetto straps for the hold downs I made. Time to swap them out and move my washer res and over flow to the curb side.

Think I'm going to be cutting and clocking the cac pipe I used between the filter and power stroke ccv mixer elbow I used to plumb in the cdr. And definitely grinding down the bolt hole boss in the elbow. More MTVR 7-ton troop ladder support used to make a bracket. It's been handy for brackets, almost never used to support the ladders.
Sticking the 6637 there obviously requires relocating the overflow and windshield washer res, I have a power stroke curb side set up but I'm on the fence on wether to run a actual pressurized surge tank or keep the stock over flow by just making a mount for it. Stroke set up requires a little more plumbing work, so I dunno. Going to look into the routing a little more.

I've had this cac for what seems like for ever. Finally started the install. It's fully torn down now, marked my areas to be trimmed. Start cutting tomorrow.

Hung. Lower mounts done and drying after paint. Just need to install. Simple L brackets with square tube.

Still have to modify the latch handle but the hard stuff is pretty much done. Pulling the cac back off after I'm done with a mods to steam clean it out. It'll get plugged off and reinstalled for good afterwards, then joys of plumbing.

Rebent the latch handle, welded, cleaned it up and painted afterwards.

Sprayed some black on, tired of the polished aluminum hanging out.

The CAC is not currently installed right now. Going to drill/tap for my temp sensors and steam clean it out. Now that every thing is clearanced bumper won't have to come off again. Just need to pull the header panel and install.
