99 psd e450 cube, work truck won't start

99 Ford E450 Cube

7.3 Turbo Diesel

Changed 2x batteries
Changed rebuit started (Tested before buying)

Turn the key..... no go!
not even clicking!

I;m thinking it's a blown fuse???

Help, need this truck in order to work!

do you get power to the stater relay, if it is not even clicking the switch could be bad on the steering column. i assume 99's still have the rod feeding down to a switch on the steering column.

Check your battery cables and make sure you have a good ground.
