97 lift pump

hey guys iam doing a lift pump replacement on a 97 powerstroke tomorrow so i havent messed with the banjo bolt on the pump it self so if i was to drill out the big banjo bolt would it help performance at all?
i do it to cummins all the time just havent to a PSD
