My boss was given this truck and asked Me if I wanted to work on it, I thought it would be a good opportunity to practice for when I do one of My own since I believe it needs head gaskets just to start.
I have the haynes manual for this year/engine so I've been reading a bit.
I pulled the dip stick and got a mix of oil and water/coolant, I didn't have MY tools to pull the spark plugs but I see the engine turns and gets stuck so I thought I would pull them and see if it turns. Looks like the driver/s run it hut and then finally it just quit on the highway.
In case it is only the HG, I read here somewhere some spray a copper sealant on the gaskets should I use that that even if they are not metal gaskets.
I will also net a tap to chase the bolt threads, hope My local fastenal or harbor freight have them. Anything else I should look at?

Thanks.
