A 24 y/o truck with 20k, and "the oil changed every 3k miles"? So he changed to oil every 3+ years?
Sounds to me like he was running an engine on oil that wasn't doing **** for lubrication most of the time.

The paint look very fresh. Truck appears to be in very nice condition. I wonder why the owner has tie downs for a cabover camper. Must have camped in his yard. OTOH, the paint in that bed has never had a camper on it.
The price seems a bit high, even for a mint condition truck.
