I finally pulled my codes and it gave my codes 26 23 11 and 10

Google search. I once had a site saved that had all Ford DTC for engine and transmission, but I guess they stopped paying for the domain

I guess it's the solenoid pack I pulled the plug and it was wet with transmission fluid

23= You didn't hold the throttle all the way to the floor.

26= TOT out of self test range. A Really cold transmission.

11= System OK

10= System really confused.

You found it. A wet plug means it is time for a new solenoid pack.
