My front end camber is off. Truck sits toe out or looks like this / \. Is there something cheap I can try first like bushings?

Could be a number of things but I would definitely check the leaf spring and shackle bushings. Sometimes it can be hard to tell if they're bad by looking at them but chances are if they're the original rubber bushings they're probably shot and that will throw the camber out. I went with Energy Suspension poly bushings on my 91 ($50 on Amazon) recently and I can't tell you what a difference they made compared to my old ones.

Any slop in the ball joints?

Replace bushings if they look like mine did LOL

Most likely the radius arm bushings.
Might as well do em all while it's apart. Radius arm, leaf spring, etc.
Good time to throw in ball joints and axle shaft u joints if you need them.

Thanks guys, it being an 86 and probably original parts. I guess replacing it all would be the best thing.

Radius arm bushings? On a 4x4 F250?

The whole thing is probably worn out. Likely needs all new bushings as well as ball joints. Check wheel bearings too. Either rebuild the whole thing or just swsap in a D60 and be done with it. D60 is what I've done to every TTB truck I've had.

D60 from an 86-97 truck... I prefer the earlier king pin axles. Springs from same, or lift springs. Track bar and frame mount for track bar. Tie rods and drag link for appropriate year F350.Longer shocks depending on lift. That's about it. Driveshaft length or angle may be an issue according to some but I've never had a problem with F250 shafts. Pitman arm may be different, I've always done a lift at same time and used a dropped one for lift. Not a whole lot of parts and it all bolts in, can be pricey though depending on if you find a deal on a D60... But similar time as rebuilding a TTB and the TTB parts will probably cost half or more what the swap will.

Before you condemn it, how is your tire wear and how does it drive? If you pull forward about 4 feet and then get out and look at it, most of it may go away. They all do it if you back it up and park it.

The d60 mentality is why used wore out ones go for $1000-up.

I do have some tire wear. Cupping I guess. It seems to drive fine but recently been getting some vibration on pass side. For me a d60 swap is out of the question. I just want to fix what I have.
