Somewhere in that ballpark for a complete long block. all the other components would need to be transferred from old engine to new and would then need to send back old block.
Or you can have a local shop rebuild it. Lots of options

For some reason my link doesn't work. Check our Promar Precision Engines. They are a good rebuilder from what I hear.
