You are the first person that I have ever heard say anything about gas specific or diesel specific hose From the research I have done, and personally seen, biodiesel needs a specific hose,, but every fuel hose I have been able to find is rated for gas or diesel.“When ordering parts online, always call the seller to confirm the part is exactly what you need. In the hose category—whether from NAPA or any other supplier—there are multiple types of fuel line for both gasoline and diesel. A quick phone call lets the seller verify the exact hose you’re referring to, eliminating any confusion or doubt.”
Come on man....show some proof to back up your claim of diesel only and gasoline only fuel rated black rubber fuel hose.So transmission, Water, power steering, gasoline, diesel... all are different; some are similar, all are different . If you use the incorrect hose type, it will eventually fail. Clear Diesel-rated fuel hose is especially sensitive . So getting the correct type of clear fuel-rated hose is key if you want to not have to do the job twice.
