6.9 hard start cold or hot.???

After it fires it jumps to high idle like it should. Just put new starter on and rebuilt IP . New glow plugs installed. Pulled out burnt autolites did not go back with autolites. It runs great turned the pump up now she.s a good fry roller instead of a coal roller. Very impressed with the power now I need to replace my key switch can't crank it from key but it'll turn it on and off. Next is figuring out how to do manual glow plug button. .and its straight pipe with 4 in. Stack

Oooo good thing u got rid of the autolites when u did, had same switch issue, before i replaced it i went with a push button and i love it
