6.9 down on power

I'm running 2 filters. the first is a water trap/filter thats a 30micron filter. The 2nd is the stock 6.9L filter thats a 10 micron filter I think. I replaced the stock filter yesterday. I cant imaging that the 30 micron filter could be plugged already.

I got bad fuel once and ended up changing 3 filters within a week, As I said filters are my first step in diagnosing fuel issues, cheap, easy and quick. have you done a volume and pressure check? although I would do that after changing the 30 micron because if everything has to pass through the 30 then that being dirty could give you low readings

I changed the 30 micron filter tonight. I prefilled it with Power Service injector cleaner. I'll see how it does tomorrow.

Ok it was the filters. Back to normal now. No problem hitting 3800 rpm and it picked up 8 mph between the stop sign and 5 th power pole.

Did you say 3800 rpm? You have a chebby governor spring in there?
