By the way, I already have an early 90’s Dodge donor truck with a Cummins 6BT in it. The 6BT is slated for another project. But everything else from the truck can be used to support a 4BT swap into the old D200.

Yeah, 4BT or 6BT... If I didn't need to pull a house down, I'd jump on whatever came up first. Up on this side of the border 4BT's are impossible to find... not sure what the situation is in your locale.

Is that donor Dodge a military tug? Don't they have a t-case that is locked in low along with low axle gears?

I have not treid real hard yet to find one. But they do seem some what available.

That is a good question. I have no crawled under it yet. I will have to check on that.
