2003 7.3 fuel press guage ????

was pulling a 17 ft sun downer 2 horse trailer up mt eagle in tn today when the truck just start loosing power and shaking like crazy. pulled over pulled fuel filter and drained the bowl replaced old filter back and the truck ran fine until i was able to reach auto parts store 5 miles away an stopped and put a new filter in. i have a auto meter fuel pressure gauge and its reading was 60 psi and when i throttle up it would go down to 45 50 psi. when i installed new filter the reading was about 70 under normal driving then under throttle it would pull down to 50psi... whats the norm press. the gauge did not show any signs of trouble while starving for fuel. egt's were 900 at 45 mph was the only sign of a problem on my gauges. any ideas

Those are all normal/acceptable numbers for fuel pressure.

Valve cover gaskets and harness maybe??? Any codes?

i changed filter and the truck has ran fine the last two weeks.. no codes at all on the edge display...guess i just have to change fuel filter out more frequently when i do burn oil..
