Just going off memory here, but 99% sure you couldnt get an idi super cab short bed. Just the last couple years of powerstrokes had them

139"? Looked on car part.com at frames for a 96 supercab f250 and f350. F250 where supercab short box and the f350 where supercab Long boxes.
