1990 Ford F 350 Super Cab Truck

Truck will set and run but as soon as I start down the road it stops no fuel, I check the fuel filter and it is half full usually full right to the top. Took the line off the exit side of the filter no fuel comes out. Is it the fuel pump? Thanks Curt

Could be or sucking air. If you use an electric pump, it will be easier to make sure fuel is getting to the filter.
Just a suggestion, won't have to run engine to check.

How much fuel is in the tanks? You're definitely sucking air if the filter is only half full.
