10"? Drop bumper for 1980-97

I have a 10"? Drop bumper for a 1980-97 truck. It has good chrome but one dent in it. Price is $100.

Do you know what the weight rating is on that bumper? I am really interested! I want to get rid of my hitch setup and just have a bumper mounted ball. Shipping isnt an issue since I am in the area......
